Description
Compensation:$12-$15/hour, based on experience and education
Shift:Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm

- Assist the lead teacher with all aspects functions of a class of children in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
- Treating each child with dignity and respect and interacting with each child every day
- Personally greeting all families and professionally providing them with daily information
- Implementing activities which will encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative and physical development
- Helping children learn to think creatively, to solve problems independently, to self-regulate their behavior, and to respect themselves and others
- Take direction, accept constructive criticism and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program
- A high school diploma
- A warm and bubbly personality :)
- A passion for early childhood education
